Found guilty of four counts of failure to deliver certificates of title within limitations prescribed by law, one count of causing injury to the public, and one count of misrepresentation terms and conditions of sales.   Revocation of dealer and salesmen licenses.  Revocation will be suspended if restitution is made to consumers and remains violation free for one year.  Judgment rendered for $6,625.26 FINE, hearing costs and attorney fees.

PCT&T 105, LLC dba Performance Cars and Trucks – 105 Louisville Ave., Monroe, LA. Found guilty of eight counts of unlicensed salesmen and eleven counts of failure to produce a title within limitations prescribed by law.   Judgment for $2,791.50 FINE, hearing costs and attorney fees, dealer required to attend dealer educational seminar, and probation for one year.

Mike Reed, President of Southeast Motors, Inc. – 3422 Woodcrest, Baton Rouge, LA was found guilty of ten counts of failure to deliver certificates of title within limitations prescribed by law.  Judgment rendered for $1,238.50 FINE, hearing costs and attorney fees, and dealer is required to attend dealer educational seminar.
