of habitually issuing more than one temporary tag.

attend Dealer Educational Seminar within (90) days of receipt
of judgment.

Foreign Car Sales, LLC was violated for employing Kimuel Lee
as a salesman without a license. Judgment rendered in the
amount of $250.00 FINE, $1208.16 HEARING COSTS.
Kimuel Lee was violated for committing a fraudulent act by
placing his name on the bid card of Janet Lee and acting as a
used motor vehicle salesman without a license. Judgment
rendered in the amount of $750.00 FINE, $958.16 HEARING COSTS.
Harold Perrillous, Owner of Boat City USA, 14001 Highway 90
Boutte, LA against Tracker Marine LLC, 2500 East Kearney,
Springfield, Missouri – Boat City USA filed a Motion for Summary
Judgment. The Commission had to determine whether or not the
manufacturer, Tracker Marine, LLC, was entitled to a license
to sell Tracker products in their Travis Boating Center retail
locations. The law prohibits a manufacturer of marine
products from competing with one of its dealers. The Motion
for Summary Judgment was granted to Boat City USA.

for failure
to repurchase current and previous inventory as prescribed by
law. Angler Boat Corporation was ordered to repurchase two
boats from Tim’s Marine for the total price of $18,910.15.
